This presentation is intended to offer a taste of how the C++/CLI language can be used to complement a .Net developer's toolkit. It begins with a quick introduction of managed C++ syntax and its differences from classic C++, and then will present some examples of how mixing managed and unmanaged code within C++/CLI classes and even individual functions can help extend the reach of .Net development. Attendees will benefit from a working knowledge of "mainstream" .Net programming (C# or VB.Net) and knowledge of the fundamentals of unmanaged C++ development.
